1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Easy Menu ERP platform, hosted at easy-menu.store/erp and provided by Easy Menu LLC (a Dubai registered company), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Easy Menu LLC. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease all use of our services.

2. Description of Service

Easy Menu ERP is a proprietary Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform designed for the mobile device repair industry. The service includes, but is not limited to, repair order management, inventory tracking, automated diagnostics, invoicing, and customer communication tools.

3. The Pay-As-You-Go Credit System

Definition of Credits: Easy Menu ERP utilizes a digital credit system. Credits are non-monetary units used to unlock and execute specific automated functions within the platform.

Purchasing: Credits are purchased in advance through our secure payment gateway (Stripe).

Consumption: Specific technical tasks, such as "System Diagnostics" ($5/run) or "Automation Tasks" ($10/task), consume credits immediately upon execution.

No Expiration: Credits added to a user's wallet do not expire as long as the account remains active and in good standing.

4. User Obligations & Account Security

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.

Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate and complete business information, including your legal business name and tax details.

Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and API keys. Any activity occurring under your account is your legal responsibility.

5. Financial Terms & Taxes

Pricing: All prices for credits and services are listed in USD. Easy Menu LLC reserves the right to adjust pricing with prior notice.

Taxes: Users are responsible for all applicable sales taxes based on their jurisdiction. Our system provides automated tax calculation features to assist in compliance with local regulations.

6. Intellectual Property

The Easy Menu ERP name, logo, software code, and all related materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Easy Menu LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform solely for your business operations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Easy Menu LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for credits in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Termination of Service

Easy Menu LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform for any user who violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or attempts to circumvent the credit system.

9. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
